today two guest speakers came one was an Osteopath and one Chiropractor.
we started our essays and i finished my one on downsides of drinking i am currently in the middle of finishing my good copy of "effects of alcohol on the human body"

THEY BASICALLY GIVE IT TO US ITS A SHEET THAT WE STICK CLORED STICKY PAPERS ON.
BUT GILES CAN MAKE ONE ON THE PC
